We would love to hear you out so that we are given a chance to improve and to sort out every issue but still if need be we guarantee to give your money back in 14 days if you are not satisfied with our services.  Follow the instructions below to get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note that we try our best to follow our policy and refund you as quickly as we possibly can. But due to unforeseen circumstances like payment processor or banks and financial institutions refund can take up to 15 days for the amount to show up in your bank account.

Once a subscription is ended and refunded you won’t be able to subscribe to our services at IPTVPoint in the future.

  2. The e-mail address should not be different from what you used when subscribing and buying our service.
  3. The invoice number should be included.
